Article IX. Kennel Name Registration

  1. To register any particular name as a specific “kennel name” to be used only by the owner of same, a TSSR Kennel Application, a signed copy of the Breeders Code of Ethics, and a one time fee of $50.00 (made payable to TSSR) must be submitted to the Registry.
  2. Once the chosen name is reserved no other person will be allowed to register any dogs using that name except when naming progeny that specifically originated from that particular kennel.
  3. There are no time limits attached to the use of any specific kennel name.
