Article VII. Suspensions/Revocations of Registration Certificates and Services

  1. If any breeder has outstanding fines and/or fees, no TSSR services or TSSR activities will be allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, registration of dogs or litters, issuance of certificates, win sheet tabulation, upgrades or access to database information.
  2. A breeder who violates the Breeders Code of Ethics, and/or falsifies any information may also lose access to TSSR services and TSSR activities, including registration of dogs and/or litters, issuance of certificates, win sheet tabulation, upgrades or access to database information. Any breeder advertising on the TSSR website must sign the Breeders Code of Ethics for his/her kennel to be maintained on the website.
  3. Complaints shall be referred to the Board of Directors for action. Complaints will be reviewed and disciplinary actions, if any, shall be determined by majority vote of the Board of Directors.
